The Cincinnati Insurance Companies Corporate Billing department is seeking billing representativesto assist our policyholders, agencies, and associates with questions related to commercial lines, excess and surplus, surety bond and management liability direct bill policies.



Starting salary:$35,360 - $41,600; depending on knowledge and skills



Be ready to:

• 
  
• answerphone calls from agencies, policyholders, and Cincinnati associates in a timely and courteous manner
  
• returncalls promptly when required
  
• documentall accounts with respect to phone conversations,emails and other correspondenceor actions taken on an account
  
• monitorand respondto e-mails and voice mails received in the various corporate billing mailboxes in a timely and professional manner
  
• process dailybilling tasks
  
• review of accounts requesting reinstatement and forwarding information to underwriting, accounting and Policyholder Services
  
• review of payments received in billing, documenting accounts andforwarding the payments received to accounting
  
• review of billing fees including installment fees,late fees, reinstatement fees,and NSFfees
  
• reviewdaily billing reports
  
• research account under/over payments,stop payments,pending cancellations and billing suspensions
  
• assist withaccount bill set up and online enrollment
