What the AR/Collections Specialist will do: Making business to business collections calls Reconciliations of payments Contact customers through both telephone and written communication to bring accounts to current status. Maintains accurate records of accounts. When encountering discrepancies, investigate and develop ability to offer solutions to resolve delinquent accounts, such as terms change and/or late delivery of goods or services. What the company needs in an AR/Collections Specialist: 3+ years of AR/Collections experience Good communication skills with great customer service! Intermediate Excel (Formula & Spreadsheets) Someone who is team oriented but also has ability to work independently with limited supervision.
