• Controller reports directly to the CFO. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER:
  • Oversees and manages the overall operations of the Accounting Department
  • Manage the credit & collections process
  • Prepare and manage financial and management reporting
  • Report financial status on a regular basis and creates ad-hoc reports when needed
  • Produces the annual budget and monthly forecasts
  • Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual audit
  • Documents, monitors and updates accounting policies PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER:
    • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
    • 5+ years experience in accounting in manufacturing
    • Strong commitment to rules, policies and procedures
