Credit & Collection Specialist Responsibilities:

• As a Credit and Collections Specialist you will engage in proactive communication with clients to address past due accounts efficiently and effectively negotiate payment plans or settlements.
  
• Process credit card payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring secure and smooth transactions.
  
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of clients' creditworthiness to determine appropriate credit limits and terms.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  
• Utilize collection software and tools to streamline collection efforts and maintain accurate records.
  
• Initiate legal action or recommend outside agencies for collections when necessary.
  
  Credit & Collections Specialist Desired Qualifications:

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in phone communications.
    
  • Recent experience as a Credit & Collections Specialist.
