Develop and deepen member relationships through effective needs-based selling and marketing of financial products and services. Manage overall branch operations to meet goals for growth and profitability, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and audit procedures. Coach, mentor, and lead a team of sales and service professionals to provide exceptional service and create an engaging work environment. Analyze detailed financial data to inform strategic decision-making and branch performance. Drive local outreach initiatives to enhance community engagement and brand visibility within the region. Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize losses and protect member assets. Strong leadership and people management skills Proven ability to sell and market financial products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Ability to analyze financial reports and market trends High aptitude for risk management and compliance standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) Certified Relationship Management Specialist (CRMS) preferred
