experience is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its
in-office accounting team. The organization supports a wide range
of residential, commercial, and industrial projects and is known
for long-standing customer relationships and operational stability.
With a sizable workforce and extensive field operations, this
company offers a fast-paced environment where attention to detail
and strong vendor communication are key to success. Position
Overview: The Accounts Payable Specialist supports day-to-day
accounting operations by processing invoices, communicating with
vendors, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with
reconciliations and system reporting. Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational
and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Sage 300 is a plus Ability to
work independently and collaboratively in an office setting
Responsibilities Include: Review invoices for accuracy, proper
documentation, and required approvals Process payments in
accordance with company procedures Manage vendor communication via
phone and email Investigate and resolve invoice, payment, and
purchase order discrepancies promptly Maintain organized and
accurate files and documentation Support continuous improvement
efforts within the Finance Department Perform additional duties as
assigned WORK ARRANGEMENT In Office SALARY RANGE $22-25 / hr,
