Job Description:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities1. Coordinate meetings,
conference calls, prepare agendas, reserve and set up facilities.
M&CS is a global business, so meetings are often coordinated
across multiple time zones2.Coordinates complex international and
domestic travel and hotel arrangements3.Process letters, memos,
faxes and other documents4.Participate as directed, in General
Manager's staff meetings, capturing action items, and other follow
up5.Manage daily calendar and dynamically adjust schedules as
needed6.Composes and maintains confidential correspondence and
reports in a timely manner7.Develops and maintains various
spreadsheets8.Process expense reports in a timely
manner9.Coordinates various on-site events as
required10.Participates in the preparation of presentations,
reports, spreadsheets and other documentsKey Skills:1.5+ years of
experience in an office support function, executive support
preferred2.Possess excellent attention to detail and an ability to
produce high quality work under short time constraints3.Exercise
discretion and diplomacy at all times as well as display strong
interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid
working relationships4.Advanced interpersonal, oral and written
communication skills including strong editing, proofreading and
internet research skills5.Ability to prioritize and manage diverse
and multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy6.Ability to
work independently7.MS Office technical skills including MS Word,
MS Excel and MS PowerPointEducation:High School Diploma or
