Job Description:

A local leading organization is currently seeking an experienced Japanese Administrative Assistant in Marysville, Ohio for a possible a long-term contractor opportunity.

Responsibilities for Japanese Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to the following:

• Support translation/interpretation needs of department.

• Support presentation preparation, design content to deliver message, using (excel) spreadsheets & PowerPoint.

• Support human resource and administration activities for Japanese assigned staff; may include VISA coordination, banking, housing, transportation, etc.

• Arrange meeting, coordinate travel plans and scheduling needs of department.

• Interface with Japanese speaking associates and vendors to coordinate meetings, business needs, and communication activities.

• Handle special projects based on management?s request.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma

• 2-3 years working in an office, prefer experience working with Japanese company.

• Understanding of Japanese business culture.

• Strong and confident communication skills - professional.

• Bilingual language (Japanese and English) communications; read, write, speak.

• Strong planning skills, problem-solving skills, decision making skills, interpersonal skills.

• MUST have detail accuracy

• Be flexible in changes

• Manage confidentiality

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Pay for this position is $21 - $24/hr plus based on experience and overtime as needed. This can lead to a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
