JOB DESCRIPTION: Lehman Daman Construction Services is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our growing team. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair requests. This position requires quality workmanship and a customer focused attitude ensuring ongoing referrals and repeat business. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform all tasks within Lehman Damans safety program Perform preventative maintenance on various items and functions Assemble, install and/or repair various items such as mechanicals, plumbing, carpentry, machinery, structural, roofing and painting Responsible for maintaining the project schedule, cost, and quality Direct communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals and parts catalogs Ensure that all maintenance repairs conform to quality standards, laws, and regulations Ability to operate trade tools and maintain accurate inventory of all materials and tools Wear safety equipment and observe all safety practices and guidelines Keep required paperwork, such as daily reports, mileage, expenses, and timesheets SKILLS: Must possess a minimum of (3) years experience in general service maintenance. Basic working knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing A team player with a professional and friendly demeanor and a proven successful record Ability to climb ladders and working in heights Knowledge of basic technology (email, mobile phones and digital photos) Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to travel between multiple properties Proactive and positive attitude Ability to diagnose and fix minor repairs (troubleshoot onsite issues) Able to identify additional issues while completing initial service request Experience with hand tools, power tools, drywall, and home maintenance Ability to work some nights and weekends as well as traveling on an as needed basis Lehman Daman Construction Services, Inc. is an EEO Employer
