Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dynamic
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational
setting. This contract position offers the chance to make a
meaningful impact on students' communication development and
academic success throughout the school year. Location:
Reynoldsburg, OH Job Duration: Contract for the current school year
(CSY) Setting: K-12 Public School Key Responsibilities: - Conduct
comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across
all grade levels. - Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans based on evaluation results. - Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support student progress. -
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance
with school policies. - Provide direct therapy services using
evidence-based practices tailored to students' needs. - Participate
in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute
professional recommendations. Desired Qualifications: - Valid
Speech-Language Pathology license or certification. - Experience
working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 speech and language intervention
strategies. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. - Flexibility and
adaptability to meet diverse student needs and changing priorities.
