SUMMARYCurrently seeking an Engineering Technician to support an R&D facility in North Dayton, Ohio. This company specializes in produces auto care products such as air fresheners. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will work along side the R&D department which focuses on NPD, cost, quality, supply assurance and operations support for our Auto care brands (STP, A/C Pro and Armor All refrigerant brands)
• Assist with testing new products
• Conduct product testing's of mechanical components using analog and digital pressure gauges
• Perform tests on product components (triggers and applicators)
• Daily use of pressure gauges (digital and analog) valves and fittings
• Support engineering team with various projects- complete documentation associated as needed
• Effectively follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) & Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) while conducting lab tests
• Participate in occasional testing of electronic\mechanical devices and evaluating prototype samples to prepare for production REQUIREMENTS- Engineering related degree (Associates or Bachelors)- Experience working in a R&D testing environment- Ability to work on multiple projects at once- Knowledge of mechanical/chemical propertiesADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCan start as soon as 2/151st shift About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
