Title: MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - MACHINE DESIGNER

Location: Dayton, OH 45439

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

Founded 80 years ago we are a roughly 100 employee manufacturer of automation machinery specifically for the dispensing machine equipment space. We've experienced growth of 10%+ over the past 2 years with a healthy flow of new clients coming our direction for 2022, 2023 & onward. We have the need for a Mechanical Design Engineer who specializes in designing the machinery that manufactures the product. We are looking for someone who can start from scratch w/ a concept & spend most of their time developing the design. They are skilled in CAD & usually prefer to do their own documentation drawings.

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field)
• 10+ years experience designing the machinery (automated equipment)
• Solidworks and/or Autodesk Inventor
• Basic knowledge of ASME, welding & manufacturing standards
