Job Description:

Red Arch Solutions is looking for a motivated -Solutions Architect -to join us working on a contract for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). This position would work in collaboration with researchers to develop, sustain, and utilize tools for military intelligence, including measurement and signatures intelligence (MASINT) and geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). Successful candidates will perform software sustainment & development tasks and must be able to work in a collaborative environment with the customer and other teammates to define requirements and manage projects.

Work location will primarily be on-site at the NASIC facilities. Experience with using and developing methods for exploitation of signals/imagery is a plus. -Description:

• Conducts or participates in the design, specification and development of systems and/or tools for new programs as well as enhancements, modifications and corrections to existing systems and tools.
• Exercises independent judgment and creativity on a regular basis in solving highly complex, major technical problems and provides advice and recommendations.
• Performs in-depth studies and analyses including formulating parameters and factors to be considered, and validates the results.
• Maintains broad and extensive knowledge of engineering and computer programming languages and principles, techniques and established practices/procedures.
• Works closely with the Government. Provides training to other employees.
• Possesses sufficient writing and communication skills to prepare and present reports, papers, proposals, briefings and other documentation pertinent to the position. Often acts as a technical leader and directs the work of other staff members, as necessary. .The candidate will provide stakeholder interaction including:
  Attend ongoing PIR community interaction forums, including Review Boards and the OPIR Data Access and Analytics Capabilities (ODAAC) with the Government. Design solutions and update all relevant Confluence and Jira pages with revised requirements, priorities, and statusesPresent designs, schedules, and plans at design review meetings. Present and demonstrate user interface designs, system and subsystem level design solutions, updated Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and models, wire diagrams, conceptual prototypes, and demonstrations Present a prioritized task development list and an updated IMS in sufficient detail so that no single task shall exceed 16 man-hours. As part of the schedule, the contractor shall provide a development methodology used to plan and execute IMS tasksApplications and Tools desired:Confluence, Jira, Microsoft ProjectQualifications: At a minimum, Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or mathematics with 10 years engineering experience*Active TS/SCI is required for this position*All Red Arch Solutions openings require US Citizenship.
