The Applied Mechanics (AM) and Reliability team provides
laboratory, simulation, and reliability engineering services to
Commerical and Residential Solutions business units.
This position will focus on providing timely, value-added, and
integrated solutions to complex engineering problems by
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The lead
engineer will also demonstrate the ability to diligently track and
manage the progress of the work by facilitating open dialog with a
wide variety of contributors and stakeholders. The focus will be to
increase customer experience through proactive customer engagement
and operational excellence by using lean and perfect execution
principles.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a deeply technical

environment with the objective of assuring that the Commercial and
Residential Solutions HVACR products are meeting and exceeding
customer expectations.
AS A SENIOR/LEAD ENGINEER, YOU WILL:

personal performance. You plan and align your projects to provide
timely and innovative solutions to problems.
Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option and Core Hours
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three
days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your
start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen
work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve
the needs of our customers.

About Our Location
Our newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of
manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of
leading-edge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for
our HVACR Americas business unit. Through our many years of
compressor expertise, our products help bring comfort and
convenience to refrigeration, commercial, industrial, and
residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney,
who all support a multitude of business functions. With the blend
of businesses and functions represented under this one roof, there
are many opportunities for advancement within the Sidney
location.
