Position Summary:
Proficient ability in Process Engineering and use of available software. Responsible for completing all tasks assigned in accordance with experience and skill level.Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- Engineering experience - 0 to 2 years

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  Essential Functions and Duties:
  a. Perform assigned project tasks with guidance from Engineers, Lead Designers and Managers which includes but not limited to:
  - Participate in collecting data and producing sketches from field inspections.
  - Interpret mark-ups and field data from others.
  - Create or modify PFD's and P&ID's by hand.
  - Perform simple hydraulic and heat/mass balance calculations by hand or using software tools.
  - Assemble piping, equipment and instrument specifications and obtain vendor quotes.
  - Evaluate applicability of environmental and safety design codes to specific client conditions.
  b. Participate in coordination of project details with Engineers and Lead Designers.
  c. Communicate with Engineers, Project Managers, and other Designers as necessary for clarification of assigned project tasks.
  d. Responsible for carrying out assigned tasks.
  e. Perform other related duties as assigned.
