  Duties of the Design Engineer includes:
  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Design and layout tooling, equipment, and processes for manufacturing
    
  • Design and develop tests for product prototypes
    
  • Test and analyze product prototypes/designs to ensure they meet customer and industry standards
    
  • Complete engineering documentation
    
  • Work with manufacturing floor to troubleshoot tooling, equipment, and process design issues during manufacturing
    
    
    Requirements for the Design Engineer include:
    
    
    
    • 
      
    • A Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree and equivalent experience
      
    • Proven 3D design experience
      
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
      
    • Tooling and equipment knowledge helpful
