Our team is searching for a Senior Process Engineer to work at the Greenville, OH site where we focus on producing high quality automotive coatings for the vehicles of today and tomorrow. - As a member of the engineering team at Greenville you will provide technical support to the site in the areas of personal, process, and pressure safety, while also supporting efforts to improve quality and cycle times.
As a Senior Process Engineer, you create chemistry by---
- Providing process engineering support for continuous improvement project focused on improving quality, productivity, and cost.
- Supporting economic and technical evaluation of multiple solutions and prepare all process information for safety reviews.
- Maintaining the accuracy of process information (P&ID's, PFD's, material balances, SOP's, process descriptions, etc.)
- Supporting PSV revalidations and maintaining PSV records. -You will also support Environmental / Regulatory permit calculations.
- Providing day to day support to operations in troubleshooting and optimizing production processes.
- Leading and participating in PSM/RMP and EHS audits, and PHA revalidations.
