Job Description:
Responsibilities:--- Member of the Plant Leadership team--- Main
point of contact for all Capital Projects for the plant---
Coordinate any existing Processing, Packaging, Building and
Utilities projects--- Build scope of work and preliminary budgets
for potential projects--- Prepare Capital Masterplan with the
leadership team----- Responsible for managing Plant's CAPEX
budget--- Coordinate and lead multi-functional teams--- Create,
design and evaluate call for tender documents--- Serve as technical
alignment leader during bidding processes--- Build capabilities
within engineering team--- Directly manage a team of project
engineers--Education and Experience (Requirements):--- Bachelor of
Science degree in an Engineering, Science or Mathematics from an
accredited College or University or equivalent degree /
experience--- Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years Engineering
Project experience required, preferably in CPG beverage/food
manufacturing.--- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification(s)
a plus
