Job Description:

A company is looking for a Front End Fullstack Senior Engineering Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage an engineering team focused on front-end development and some backend responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and set expectations
Implement best practices and strive for operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in team lead roles, preferably in fintech or tech startups
Expertise in Javascript and its ecosystem
Strong functional programming skills
Experience with microservices architecture and backend languages, databases, cloud hosting providers, and infrastructure as code
Experience with remote observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting
