You will provide leadership and oversight for Health Safety Environment (HSE),
activities and performance for the Dayton, OH facility by establishing strong
working relationships with site leadership team and employees. You will report
directly to the Sr. Director of HSE. You will be a key leader with the Dayton
leadership team directing sustainable health and safety programs through
incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading
practices in health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

• Implements HSE&F standards
• Provide technical assistance on U.S. HSE Regulations
• Site compliance reviews and defining/closing actions for gaps identified
• Strong MOS (Management Operating System) administration
• Advocates HOS (Honeywell Operating System) and safe behaviors
• Effective coach and role model
• Deploys safety initiatives
• Measures key HSEF metrics
• Drives standard work
• Ensures compliance standards and continuous improvement -YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent field experience) Preference in -safety, environmental science, facilities, engineering, manufacturing, - or related field
  • Read-Write-Speak EnglishWE VALUE
