In this role, you’ll handle system diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance, while educating homeowners and offering solutions. What You’ll Do - Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. - Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements. - Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency. - Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and providing service options in a professional, friendly way. - Keep detailed notes on recommendations, service visit details, and parts usage logs. - Follow all safety protocols including local and state HVAC codes. Qualifications - 3-5 years of HVAC experience (residential preferred). - Completed HVAC training program, EPA license preferred. - Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service. - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. - Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors. - Valid driver’s license. MCA Pay Range $70,000—$90,000 USD
