Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring
that our machining processes run efficiently, safely, and in
accordance with quality standards, while optimizing production
schedules. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and
collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and
customer requirements. Your leadership will be instrumental in
maintaining and improving our manufacturing operations to increase
savings and better serve our customers. In this role, you will

identifying, attracting, developing, and retaining skilled

advantage. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and
maintain various machines such as lathes, milling machines, and
grinders to produce precision parts and components Read and
interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to
determine machining operations and specifications Set up and adjust
machine tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning and
accuracy Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as
necessary to maintain quality and productivity Inspect finished
parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance
to specifications Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions or
production issues to minimize downtime Follow safety protocols and
maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with the
production team to optimize machine performance and meet production
goals Continuously improve machining processes and techniques to
enhance efficiency and quality Qualifications KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts Read
and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal
performance Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality
standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot
and resolve production issues YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 2 years of
experience as a machinist Proficiency in operating CNC machines
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical
drawings WE VALUE High school diploma or GED Technical
certification in machining or related field Experience with
aerospace machining Knowledge of quality control processes and
inspection techniques Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
