Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts. Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to engineering drawings and specifications - Select and install tooling, make adjustments, and perform offsets as necessary - Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine programming, tooling, or machine malfunctions - Maintain a clean and safe work environment - Follow all safety protocols and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC lathe machinist - Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings - Ability to perform basic machine programming and set up - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality parts - Knowledge of GD&T and quality control procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
