You'll lead maintenance operations using cutting-edge technology

standards in aviation maintenance. Responsibilities: Spearhead the
review and management of work orders for each aircraft in the
hangar. Execute maintenance tasks to uphold the functionality of
the fleet. Ensure all shop tools and supplies are accounted for
after each shift. Enforce stringent safety rules, utilizing your
knowledge of FARs to verify aircraft airworthiness. Oversee daily
maintenance operations, ensuring the timely return of aircraft to
service. Communicate maintenance objectives to your team and update
the Repair Station Manager on progress and needs. Mentor
technicians, providing on-the-job training to enhance their skills.
Manage resource availability and escalate issues to the Repair
Station Manager when necessary. Conduct troubleshooting and ensure
adherence to repair schedules. Maintain meticulous records of task
completion and ensure documentation is accurate. Train team members
on the use of special tools and equipment. Maintain the
organization and cleanliness of maintenance facilities. Onboard new
hires, training them on essential equipment and protocols.
Requirements: Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic
Certificate (A&P Certificate). Comprehensive understanding of
aircraft mechanical systems and FAA regulations. Preferred training
on Citation XL and Falcon aircraft. Proficient in ATA codes with
excellent troubleshooting skills. Proven leadership with strong
