Who We're Looking For We’re growing and seeking a full-time Truck Equipment Accessory Installer to join our team. Responsibilities Install a variety of truck accessories, including bed covers, nerf bars, lift kits, gooseneck hitches, winches, warning lights, and more. Customize work trucks/vans (with proper experience). Work effectively in a shop environment with minimal oversight. Read and troubleshoot electrical diagrams. Use 12-volt wiring skills (experience preferred). Who You Are Comfortable getting a little dirty—grease and all. Organized with strong attention to detail. Knowledgeable about tools and equipment. Proud of the quality of your work. Able to lift a truck battery safely. Good at taking things apart and putting them back together. Self-motivated and a team player. Willing to ask for help when needed—especially to avoid electrocution! Positive and open to trying new tasks. Able to read, comprehend, and follow instructions. Resourceful in solving installation challenges using teammates, the internet, and manufacturer tech support. Adaptable when juggling multiple jobs. Open to constructive feedback and continuous improvement. Dependable and punctual. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Vocational degree (preferred but not required). 1 year of 12-volt wiring experience (required). Valid driver’s license (required).
