IN team is looking for dedicated, creative, and energetic
candidates interested in tackling challenges and developing
sustainable solutions to address water issues like quality,
scarcity, reuse, management, and resilience as an Entry Level Water
Engineer . Collaborating with our experienced water professionals,
you will support and drive the development of projects, interact
and work with clients, and develop your technical capabilities. The
role sits within our global business area Resilience. We work to
protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering

accountabilities: As an Entry Level Water Engineer on our team, you
will be involved in evaluating, planning, and designing projects
related to water/wastewater/stormwater treatment and conveyance,
including pipelines and pumping facilities. Your support will also
extend to project management activities. Additionally, you will
contribute to sustainability and resilience projects by conducting
vulnerability assessments, mitigation planning, and designing
solutions for utilities, municipalities, and cities. In the field,
you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as site
visits, water sampling, analyzing water quality, evaluating
technologies, troubleshooting processes, and optimizing plant
operations. Your expertise will be essential in gathering critical
data and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of water
and wastewater systems. In addition to the accountabilities
mentioned above, you will also: Support preparation of reports,
presentations, and other audio-visual materials, and participate in
client meetings. Ensure project compliance with all Arcadis
practices and quality, health and safety standards, and facilitate
coordination for timely completion and submission of projects on
time and budget. Learn, design, and manage databases, SQL server
(including reporting and integration services), cloud-based
computing services, and configuration of interactive dashboards.
Work independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to
accommodate collaboration with team members across the U.S. and
internationally. Learn and use digital tools to enhance customer
experience, team and client collaboration, and project delivery
including configuration and deployment of SharePoint, Building
Information Modeling (BIM), Power BI, and Augmented Reality. To
excel in this role, you will need a range of skills and qualities.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and
a diligent work ethic are crucial for success. You should be
proactive and capable of embracing new projects and challenges
regularly. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal,
are essential to convey information clearly and collaborate
effectively with team members and clients. Being self-motivated,
team-oriented, and adaptable is important as you will need to
navigate and address new challenges as they arise. Exceptional
analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to tackle
complex issues and devise innovative solutions. Knowledge of
engineering concepts, theories, and practices related to
water/wastewater/stormwater is essential. Familiarity or experience
with AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such
as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are also valuable skills that will
contribute to your success in this role. Qualifications &
Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelors of Science degree in
Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a closely related
engineering discipline). Preferred Qualifications: Prior
work/internship experience at a design or consulting engineering
firm or municipal work environment. Experience with AutoCAD,

The salary range for this position is $49,390 - $79,023. Actual
salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as
experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and
