Job Description Radiance Technologies, Inc., is seeking a resourceful and proactive candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to serve as the Office Manager to assist our Dayton management team with personnel and office support. Multitasking and prioritizing workflow are essential to success in this role. The Office Manager should be able to communicate in an articulate and diplomatic manner (written, verbal) and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. The position will report directly to the Senior Vice President of the Technical Intelligence Group. Position Description: * Provide office management support as well as administrative support to over 200+ personnel, including Senior Executive staff. This includes coordinating calendars, meetings, reports, scheduling, preparing correspondence, and performing other clerical duties as assigned to ensure the office runs smoothly. * Provide employee support including, but not limited to, assisting with recruiting activities, vendor inquiries, compliance, forms administration, and in-processing new employees. * Assesses and help managers administer personnel policies, programs, and procedures necessary for business success. * Assist with planning, communication, and execution of employee events and initiatives. * Professionally greet and assist visitors in support of other team members; help to ensure that all visitors are made to feel welcome and that all visits are handled with utmost professionalism * Nurture a positive working environment * Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace. * Supervises and delegates all tasks and functions as appropriate to the administrative assistant. * Ensure front desk is covered at all times during our regular business hours * Manage procurement of office supplies and ensure staff equipment and supply needs are met and retain relationships with supply vendors. * Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, building contractors and security services * Ability to manage facility maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs with property manager and Facilities Director in a timely manner * Manage all aspects of the office's space/infrastructure planning (moves, adds, and changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested * Perform other relevant duties, as assigned, for the administration of the local office. Required Skills * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint * Highly motivated and self-directed * Analytical with strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and planning skills; able to make decisions without escalation to solve problems independently * Ability to work well in a team environment or individually * Strong time management skills (multi-tasks, prioritizes work tasks, utilizes resources effectively/efficiently, adapts to changing work demands/priorities/environments). * Reliable, confident, and a true professional * A multi-tasker with strong ability to work under pressure * Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time with attention to detail. * Excellent customer service skills. Required Experience * Associate Degree in Business administration or relevant field. * Citizenship with Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance * Five (5) or more years' experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant * Excellent organization, written, and verbal skills a must * Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality * Good communication skills and ability to work with Senior Executives Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar discipline * Prior experience in government contract environments * Prior experience or exposure to Department of Defense Intelligence programs Job Location Dayton, Ohio, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular US Citizenship Required Yes Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Yes Polygraph Required Not Required
