Job Description:

The Contractor shall assist to plan, organize, complete and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures. Essential Job Functions:The Contractor shall assist to evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements. The Contractor shall assist to collect and analyze manpower data on previous programs and developing new manpower estimated for the new programs.The Contractor shall assist with preparation of documentation for LORs and implementation and execution of LOAs IAW the AECA, SAMM and DSCA Manual 5105.38-M DoD acquisition processes.The Contractor shall provide project management assistance for domestic and foreign travel. The Contractor shall interact with foreign liaisons on an as needed basis, including assist in providing reference material so foreign liaisons can address housing, vehicle, medical, travel and other issues.Required Skills:Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience, an Associate's Degree plus 14 years, a--Bachelor's Degree plus--12 years of experience or a Master's Degree plus--10 years of experience is required.Active--Secret clearance.A minimum 10 years of administrative/analysis support experience. At least 2 years must be in a Defense acquisition program. A minimum 1 year of FMS experience. Extensive administrative skills and the knowledge of FMS policies, processes and applicable guidance as well as knowledge of fighter aircraft technology and USAF administrative guidelines.
