Cornerstone Research Group, Inc. (CRG), located in Dayton, Ohio, is an Aerospace and Defense company that develops solutions for warfighters.We are seeking a Director, Bids and Proposals to lead RFP response efforts across the organization. Key responsibilities include:* Lead and prepare cost and/or business proposal volumes, including detailed pricing models and documentation* Lead collaboration of cross-functional technical and business teams to ensure compliance with the solicitation, DCAA, and company policies* Build and maintain tools and templates to streamline proposal response processes* Analyze and interpret complex Government RFP requirements, including contract requirements, FAR/DFAR clauses, terms & conditions* Advise and support contract and subcontract review, negotiation, and execution, and complianceRequirements* Exclusive U.S. citizenship is required* Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance is required* Minimum 5 years of Government-related RFP or contracts experience, specifically in proposal preparation, contract review and/or negotiation, is required* CFCM or CPCM certifications is preferred* Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or technical engineering is preferredCRG is an equal opportunity employer.
