CIL Isotope Separations (CIS) has an outstanding opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to work with our highly skilled staff in our Xenia, Ohio. CIS and its parent, Cambridge Isotope Laboratories (CIL) in Massachusetts, are subsidiaries of the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group. CIL separates both 13C and 18O at its Xenia, Ohio, facility and operates the only large capacity nongovernmental Deuterium Oxide enrichment columns in the world. We globally support a broad range of customers across many high-tech industries including pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical diagnostic, display and basic research. We are rapidly expanding, and the Ohio facility is an integral part of our growth for the future.The Maintenance Manager provides leadership to the maintenance and E&I groups by developing and managing maintenance systems including inventory, work management process flow, preventative maintenance systems, and mechanical integrity quality assurance programs. The maintenance manager works with site leadership and work groups to improve asset management using CIS's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.Responsibilities* Manage the maintenance and E&I work groups to ensure proper implementation of Work Management Process to safely coordinate maximum throughput* Determines proper staffing* Implementation and ownership of the Asset Management suite of the ERP system as it pertains to plant maintenance* Manages the ERP systems asset management suite to coordinate work requests, job planning, preventative maintenance scheduling, and equipment and parts inventory* Track department KPI's and continuously improves system* Ensure the Maintenance and E&I teams are developed with the appropriate training and certificates* Ensure site instrument calibrations and preventative maintenance programs are implemented on time* Work with site production groups to prioritize, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activity* Aid in the sites ISO and GMP quality goals from ensuring preventative maintenance is scheduled and documentation is in proper order* Engage and lead PSM and Quality activity* Support Site Production, Safety and Quality goals and policies* Process Safety Management (PSM) mechanical integrity element champion* Be flexible in job duties and assignmentsRequirements* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering* 10 or more years of experience in a chemical manufacturing plant in engineering and prior progressive supervisory roles* Experience with Mechanical Integrity and Quality Assurance elements and experience with PSM* Excellent reading and writing skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to follow both oral and written instructions* Must be competent in utilizing computer software such as Microsoft Office, and Maintenance Asset Management software systemsBenefitsCIS offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit program including generous paid time off, health insurance with 100% company paid deductibles, Long Term Incentives and 6% matching 401K plan.CIS is an EEO/Affirmative Action employer.
