THE JOB
Manages the Quality Department and its plant functions. Manages all commercial activity within the plant.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 
  
• Maintain and assist in the development of departmental procedures, including updating and distributing manuals and other documents.
  
• Work with the Engineering Department on old and new projects to assure proper tolerance capability.
  
• Perform/direct all tasks to fulfill PPAP requirements.
  
• Develop new business prospects by proactively seeking and developing new opportunities.
  
• Manage project launches and ensure program management occurs in a timely, cost effective manner.
  
• Prepare quotes for new business opportunities.

  Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
  Minimum Education: A four-year technical degree or engineering degree is required.
