ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Accounts
Payable Manager is responsible for managing the Company Accounts
Payable staff in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This
position directs and oversees the daily management of the Accounts
Payable processes including the payment of invoices, ensuring the
accuracy of the entire process as it relates to vendor payment,
processing of purchase orders, receiving, invoices and payment of
invoices, and communication with vendors. This position ensures
that Company policies and procedures are being adhered to as they
pertain to accounts payable. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully manages all vendor responsibilities Ensures all
negotiated contracts are paid as agreed upon Manages and completes
all projects as assigned Maintains accurate records Reviews all
payments before released Reviews set up of all new vendors Prepares
department metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis Manages
projects as assigned Encourages team to provide excellent Vendor
support Ensures that Company policies and procedures are followed
Any other duties as required or assigned by Management MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Experience in
managing within an office function Managing projects Excellent
Vendor and Customer Service Skills Ability to communicate clearly
and effectively, both written and verbal Problem solving ability
Ability to conduct business and manage in an ethical manner Valid
Driver's License is a requirement Reasonable accommodations may be

essential functions. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position
manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the
performance management and hiring of the employees within that
department. TRAVEL There is limited to no travel for this position.
