  • TDM experience with exposure to industry standard TDM tools such as IBM Optim and Delphix
    
  • Experience in planning, designing and executing Test Data Management solutions and strategies for the enterprise applications.
    
  • Experience in building the TDM Framework for the enterprise applications
    
  • Experience in working on Test Data Masking and profiling
    
  • Experience in Data Modeling, Analyses & Test Data Discovery
    
  • Experience in Synthetic Data Generation Implementations
    
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Strong decision-making and leadership abilities in enabling the TDM strategies
    
  • Possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    
  • Data analysis with ability to perform test data profiling.
    
  • Strong SQL Skills

      Responsibilities
      
      
      • 
        
      • Responsible to lead and build enterprise Test Data Management Strategy and solution
        
        
        
        • 
          
        • Designs/Executes the overall test data strategy that outlines specific tools, strategies and
          
        • expectations for both cloud-native web applications and services and legacy software
          
        • Enabling effective and robust Test data provisioning capabilities and TDM processes
          
        • Responsible for building and enabling effective Data Masking & Data Sub setting strategies
          
        • Responsible for performing Gap analysis of the existing TDM process and provide solution to bring Maturity in TDM process.
          
        • Work with other stakeholders like Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application owners to capture and review test data requirements and test data provisioning techniques and plans
          
        • Perform Pilot to enable effective TDM process
          
        • As a technical expert, focused on the technical aspects of TDM architecture, test data provisioning and maintenance and provide suggestion and implement the TDM process

          Education
          Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
