Responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and
per functional requirements.
Be the expert in the areas of project planning, execution,
monitoring, and corrective action.
Interact with global applications and sales associates to support
Customer communications relating to project achievement and counter
measures when necessary.
Launch, create, and schedule individual project activities in the
SAP ERP system for machine life cycle.
Present and communicate project schedules, progress updates, and
any necessary counter measures to key Customers directly.
Represent GMS on Gleason global Customer meetings
Manage ETO projects from inception through execution to lessons
learned in a closed loop methodology.
Use project management skills to execute individual production
plans for each project.
Oversee overall project schedules for both design and production,
monitor their progress and collaborate with General Managers to
drive corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with Quality Engineer to improve processes based on
project data
