Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Senior Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals
by fostering innovation and coordinating technology services
Develop and implement the operational strategy to scale customer,
technical, and field services across the US commercial
organization
Forecast and budget for support teams, tracking performance against
plan related to demand generation, revenue generation, and
profitability
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Minimum 10 years experience in Service, Support or Customer Service
leadership roles in Life Science and/or Diagnostic industries
Experience managing a P&L statement and driving improved
financials and Service Product Revenue
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and process
excellence across large organizations
Deep customer facing experience and ability to partner across large
enterprise customer accounts to drive service value and
partnerships
