Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for
developing, implementing, and enforcing sound HR practices for a
warehouse population of about 400+ employees and temp resources in
the US in a muti-brand environment. This role is an influential
partner to the shared services management team by providing
strategic guidance and operational support in all Human Resources
disciplines, including recruiting, workforce training and
development, employee relations, performance management,
compensation, payroll and benefits administration, employment law
and safety.JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage full cycle recruiting for salaried and non-exempt
professional positions
- Partner with hiring managers to create standard job
descriptions
- Source candidates using in-house systems, job boards etc.
- Decide and select appropriate external staffing agencies as
needed
- Conduct phone and in person interviews with candidates
- Select top candidates to share with hiring manager
- Coordinate interviews with interviewers
- Partner with hiring manager on the decision process
- Prepare salary proposal and offer letter
- Extend offer to top candidate
- Develop and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for
current and future needs
- Deliver excellent customer service and responsive communication
with internal business groups
- Partner with hiring manager on creating onboarding plan for new
hires according to L'Occitane standards
- Partner with Total Reward L'Occitane Team to ensure payroll,
benefits, and reward programs enrollment
- Manage external staffing vendors
- Directly manage relationships, negotiation and performance with
external recruiting agencies
- Standardize and optimize contract with recruitment agencies and
source for improvements and savings
- Source new partners and manage agency performance
- Maintain staffing agencies dashboard
- Design and implement Talent Management practices
- Lead Annual Performance Review, Mid-year reviews and Goal
Settings process
- Lead Pay Review process
- Lead People Review / Succession planning process
- Recommends Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and
Retention strategies
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement (events,
annual celebrations, etc)
- Implement HR Policies within assigned areas to ensure standard
and consistency with other local BU and according to Central Group
Standards while ensuring local compliance.
- Design and implement new policies and standards in a way that
fits the local legislative and cultural environment
- Recommend changes and enhancements to policies and procedures
which benefit the business and our employees
- Maintain HR procedures documentation
- Maintain monthly health & safety inspections
- Support DC leadership on employee operational training
- Manage Off-Boarding for Exiting Employees:
- Coordinate exit interviews
- Design and update an off-boarding dashboard and track key
actions recommended to managers / business leaders based on
feedback provided during exit interviews
- Ensure proper Record retention of inspection files
- Manage HR Metrics and budget
- Develop and maintain Employee Relations dashboard to foster
consistent practices and drive legal cost down
- Recommends strategies to optimize spend
- Maintain assigned HR Budget and participate actively in
budgeting process
- Report retail HR Updates and metrics including staffing,
retention and training
- Lead complex projects across multiple brands
- Design and implement HR programs based on organization needs
while ensuring it fit into overall Group HR strategy
- Implement new systems based on needs while ensuring it fit into
overall HRIS strategy
- Participate in and lead continuous improvement activities
- All other duties as assignedKEY PERFORMANCE

Overtime targets, Project DeadlinesREQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION
- BA in Human Resources, Business or related field of study.
Master's Degree preferred
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP designation is strongly preferredEXPERIENCE
- 7-10 years of Human Resources experience with progressively
increasing responsibilities within a distribution center or
industry
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Project Management experience in multiband environment a
plusSKILLS
- Proficiency in Spanish required
- Must be a pro-active HR thought leader who seizes opportunities
for systematic improvement

possess the ability to be resourceful and identify creative
solutions to complex challenges
- Must have the ability to synthesize complex data in order to
