Responsibilities: -- We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Administrative Professional to support our customer at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Duties include: + Perform acquisition program management activities supporting the division CAG and the support the Colonel and GS-15-level personnel + Will work with functional managers, outside agencies, contractor personnel, and the program office customers concerning cost schedule and performance of the Systems Program Office (SPO) + Will also prepare technical material, management presentations, and compile briefings and program information + Will assist in pre-acquisition and acquisition strategy planning and implementation, develop milestone planning, staff coordination, decision documentation preparation, and implement documentation reviews + Other duties as assigned Required Experience -- Required Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent, with 12 years' functional area experience OR + Associate's degree in a related field, with 8 years' functional area experience OR + Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 4 years' functional area experience + Minimum 2 years in government acquisition experience Must have basic knowledge of program requirements, policies, and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) US Citizenship required. Candidate must be able to pass a Special Agent Check (SAC) prior to hire date. In addition, candidate must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications + Working knowledge of Commanders Action Group (CAG) or Directors Action Group (DAG) Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
