Performs final review of all testing records in compliance with all
regulatory requirements. Handles confirmatory test results and all
donor notification issues in accordance with Hospital and
Laboratory Services procedures. In accordance with standard
operating procedures, follows all applicable regulatory
- Performs lot release and reviews records related to quality
control, maintenance, and testing prior to product
- Addresses patient and confirmatory test results to ensure
timely completion of notifications and appropriate follow-up.
Required to interact with Collection Services to achieve
- Performs standardized testing procedures and maintains
- Assists in the development of relevant standard operating
procedures (SOPs), in keeping with current Good Manufacturing
- Embraces new product development or processes to improve
departmental operations and offerings.
- Strives to implement continuous and process improvements to
ensure operations are efficient and quality focused without

- Assists in the achievement of departmental goals consistent
with the strategic plan.
- Works within the department and other departments on committees
- Performs other duties as assigned.
