We Are Hiring:

St.Vincent Randolph has a wonderful Family environment where you will be surrounded by teammates who live our mission and values! The hours for night shift are 7PM-7AM where you can choose to work either a Friday and Saturday, or a Saturday and Sunday (2 shifts). The remaining 7PM-7AM shift will be worked Monday - Thursday. There is a Holiday Requirement where you would work one Major Holiday and one minor Holiday. Differential for weekend option will be discussed during the recruitment process, it is quite lucrative!

What You Will Do:

Provides evaluation of and care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies.

* Assesses patient for appropriate type and frequency of treatment and develops a plan of care based on diagnosis.
* Implements and monitors patient care plan and equipment. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition. Performs advanced respiratory care modalities.
* Evaluates respiratory practice, administration of medications, and treatment based on patient outcome.
* Educates the patient and family about the health condition and provides information about community support groups and other available programs.
* Responds to emergency resuscitation team code.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

* Certified BLS Provider obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
* Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
* Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
* Advanced Life Support.
* Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation.
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Education:

* High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
