Job DescriptionThe Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) is seeking Full and Part-time LISWs, LPCCs, LSWs and LPCs to provide cognitive-behavioral therapy to children, adolescents and adults for our Dayton and/or Mason offices. We have offices in Dublin/Upper Arlington, Westerville, Gahanna, and Lancaster. CCBT, established in 1995 by Dr. Kevin Arnold, has been a leader in the field of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy since its inception. Our practice was featured as one of 4 practice models presented at recent multi-state summits in New York City, Huston, and Chicago. Our work in the field provides access to leadership roles and ongoing professional development. Dr. Arnold's leadership in governance at the state and national level, has served to keep CCBT on the forefront of mental health services.CCBT also has a significant commitment to social justice issues and elimination of marginalization. Understanding that marginalization systemically leads to mental health problems, CCBT is committed to supporting organizations that assist those who are marginalized, and making opportunities available to individuals who might otherwise face denial of opportunities due to overt discrimination or implicit biases.We are a tight-knit group of professionals dedicated to the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults coping with a wide array of psychological conditions. The Center for Cognitive & Behavioral Therapy receives 200 to 300 contacts per week from our marketing programs, allowing you to focus on helping people get better and build your caseload quickly, we take care of everything else. We have full-time and part-time schedules available: Minimum for part-time is 20 billable appointments per week, full-time is a minimum of 35 billable appointment hours.As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Refresh and CCBT, you enjoy a collaborative and collegial work environment with a full spectrum of mental health clinicians as well as access to our very prestigious physician leadership team.Benefits:
