delivers primary health care and patient care management in a
residential and assisted living facilities. Physician manages
reasonable daily case load via face-to-face
and
telehealth visits. On average, our providers see 8-10 patients a
day. Qualifications Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients
preferredActive/unrestricted medical license and DEABoard Certified

-----" Base Salary is Negotiable Annual Bonus

$8,750.00 End of Year Shared Savings Bonus
