Who are you?
Family Resource Center of Northwest Ohio is currently seeking
Outpatient -Counselors to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will possess any combination of education, training and
work experience which indicates possession of the skills, knowledge
and abilities needed to perform the job requirements listed below.
Bachelor's Degree with LSW or Master's Degree with
LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC. - You will have the a bility to obtain an Ohio
driver's license, maintain auto insurance, and earn CPR/First Aid
certification, background check, and fingerprinting required. - You
are -able to regularly use various computer applications requiring
multiple logins, including those for communicating internally and
externally, including Microsoft Office, as well as our HRIS, EHR
and other online systems, often simultaneously. .

Under direction of the Clinical Supervisor, you will provide a
range of assessment and mental health/substance use counseling and
therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families; provide
direct clinical treatment using methods prescribed by the program;
engage primary caregiver and other key participants in
change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to

You will develop/maintain consultative and liaison relationships
with other agencies and programs in order to cultivate working
relationships, ensure adequate client care, provide consultative
service and/or promote the coordination and development of mental
