This LPN position is a staff position that has direct care
responsibilities as well as supervisor responsibility for nursing
assistants. --- Administer medications and treatments timely and
according to policy --- Receive, transcribe, and carry out
physician orders --- Follows established procedure for charting and
reporting all reports of incident/accidents (patients &
employees)--- Identifies and reports changes in condition to

Details:
ProMedica of Centerville is actively looking to recruit, interview,
hire, and train for the FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions of
LPN-Nurse Supervisor. We are currently looking to fill positions on
our 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am shifts. We do offer a $5 per hour
Shift Differential for any hours worked between 3pm-7am. Our LPNs
work every third weekend (versus every other weekend). Our LPNs are
not responsible for being On-Call. We work from a Master Schedule
in which you have the same schedule every three weeks. We are also
offering a Hire-On Bonus for FULL-TIME RNs in the amount of $5000
and PART-TIME RNs in the amount of $2500. Come join our team!!!
