Job Description:

Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel RN - Medical Surgical

Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a (12x3) 36 hours per week, every other weekend/holiday

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:
OH License
Minimum 2 years' experience in a large hospital
Level 1 preferred will accept level 2 experience
Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
BLS
Travel experience preferred
Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion
Nurses will be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed
**Targeted patient ratios are 1:-6 **
Must have the following requirements:
--- Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
--- BLS
--- Nurses will be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.
--- Minimum 2 years experience in a large hospital; level 1 preferred will accept level 2 experience.
--- Travel experience preferred
Floating and Other Requirements:
--- Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to.
--- If assigned to MVH, this could include floating the main campus (Dayton), south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus, and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
--- Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday.
--- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract.
--- Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine.
--- Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.
Unit Details:
--- 27 Bed - Bariatric Unit
--- General medical patients, surgical overflow, and weight loss surgical patients.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $2257.20 per week
