TravelNurseSource is working with Accede Solutions Inc to find a qualified PCU RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43085! About The Position Registered Nurse/PCU: Duration:13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Day 3x12-Hour (07:30 - 19:30) Description: Provides specialized care to patients who are critically ill but stable enough to not require intensive care. Monitors vital signs, administers medications, and responds to changes in patient conditions. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and education throughout the recovery process. If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. Minimum 2 years of high acuity PCU level or higher required! Floating to MedSurg and PCU Oncology units including: • BMT • Acute Leukemia • Hematology • Medical Oncology • PCU Oncology • Gynecological Oncology • Urology • Colorectal • Surgical Oncology • Corrections Healthcare -Heavy focus on infection prevention protocols and patient falls Certifications required: • ACLS • BLS • NIHSS About Accede: Accede Solutions is a Nationally Certified Search firm providing services in multiple sectors.
