This role is ideal for RNs with strong pediatric ED experience who thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and are flexible with floating across multiple units. Assignment Details - Start Date: January 19, 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - Shift: Night shift, 5x8s (11p–7a) - Unit: Emergency Department - Location: Dayton, Ohio Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, patient- and family-centered nursing care in the Pediatric Emergency Department - Perform thorough assessments and deliver care based on patient acuity and hospital standards - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes - Float as needed across ED locations (Main ED, South ED, Mental Health Crisis Center) and inpatient pediatric units including Med/Surg, PICU, NICU, and Transitional Care - Manage a patient assignment of 1–4 patients depending on unit and acuity Required Qualifications - BSN required - Active Ohio RN license or Compact license in hand - CPR and PALS certifications required - Pediatric nursing experience required - Preferred: 2 years of Pediatric Emergency Department experience HonorVet Technologies Job ID 31664797.
