Job Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: LTAC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required. License: Must hold an active RN license. Certifications: Must have ACLS and BLS certifications. Must-Have: - Vent/trach experience. - Knowledge of central lines. - Preferred wound care experience. Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment. Leadership is applied in anticipating and planning for the safe delivery of care. Maintains clinical competencies through ongoing education. Delegates patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
