- Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel Provides direct and indirect patient
care, communicating effectively with physicians, nurse managers,
and team members regarding changes in patient condition, diagnostic
results, and treatment responses. Performs comprehensive patient
assessments and general nursing duties while assuming
responsibility for assigned patient populations./n/nDemonstrates
strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability
to work independently, delegate appropriately, and respond calmly
to unexpected situations. Adheres to Mary Rutan Hospital’s service
excellence standards, staffing policies, and licensure
requirements. Willing to float to other units, adjust schedules
based on unit needs, accept low census, and work required weekends
