Opportunity Our organization is currently in search of a full-time
Associate Director for the Family Medicine Residency program in
Indianapolis. This role is essential for guiding and mentoring
residents within a collaborative primary care education framework.
Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum design, ensuring
accreditation compliance, managing clinical operations, and
fostering faculty development, all while maintaining an active

are on the lookout for a dedicated full-time Associate Director to
join our program in Indiana. In this influential position, you will
mentor aspiring physicians, enhance primary care education, and
lead with intention in a collaborative setting where compassionate
care aligns with clinical excellence. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Provide
strategic leadership for a well-established, mission-driven program
with nine residents per class, influencing curriculum, policy
development, accreditation preparedness, and long-term strategic
planning. Encourage a nurturing, growth-focused learning atmosphere
by mentoring residents, offering constructive feedback, and
creating professional development opportunities that equip them for
their future careers. Exemplify compassionate, team-oriented
leadership by bringing strong problem-solving abilities, empathy,
accountability, and collaborative decision-making to both the
program and clinical teams. Actively participate in teaching at the
Family Medicine Center (FMC), including procedural skills and
overseeing FM inpatient rotations, which encompass obstetrics.
Ensure efficient and safe clinical operations by managing FMC and
hospital staffing, upholding high-quality standards, and
collaborating closely with clinical and administrative leaders.
Maintain an active medical practice within the FMC, showcasing
excellence in patient care and serving as a role model for
residents. Lead and cultivate a high-performing faculty and staff
team, providing coaching, feedback, and ongoing development to
enhance engagement, collaboration, and program excellence. WHO WE
