Mount Carmel Health System, a recognized leader in patient care across central Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional care at our state-of-the-art facilities. Located at our hospitals including Mount Carmel East, West, St. Anns, New Albany, and Grove City, this position will offer the opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment to further our mission of enhanced patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership abilities, healthcare management experience, and a passion for healthcare improvement. Oversee daily operations in the healthcare facility and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervise healthcare staff and provide professional development opportunities. Implement quality control programs to meet patient needs and organizational goals. Coordinate with medical and non-medical personnel to optimize patient care workflows. Manage staffing needs, including scheduling and evaluation of staff performance. Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure consistency in patient care. Analyze operational results, compile reports, and make recommendations for improvement. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in healthcare administration and management Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and crises Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
